🍤 Grilled Pineapple & Shrimp Skewers Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: red chili flakes for heat

Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
Instructions:

Make the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, paprika, and a pinch of chili flakes if desired.

Marinate: Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit in the fridge for at least 15–30 minutes.

Assemble skewers: Thread shrimp and pineapple alternately onto skewers.

Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Grill skewers 2–3 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and slightly charred and pineapple is caramelized.
