Turkey & Cranberry Sliders - The Perfect Bite of Fall Flavor

We love a recipe that’s simple to make but feels special—and these Turkey & Cranberry Sliders fit the bill perfectly. They’re warm, savory, and slightly sweet, with all the cozy flavors of Thanksgiving tucked between soft, buttery rolls.

Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering, feeding a hungry family after a busy day, or looking for a creative way to use up leftover turkey, these sliders are a must-try. They come together in minutes and bake up beautifully with melted cheese and a golden, buttery glaze on top.

Ingredients
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)

  • ¾ lb sliced turkey (or leftover roasted turkey)

  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.

  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom layer. Add turkey, cheese, and a layer of cranberry sauce.

  3. Place the top halves of rolls on and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.

  4. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes, until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm—and watch them disappear!

Pro Tip: These reheat perfectly, so they’re great for next-day lunches too.

Whether you make them for game day, Friendsgiving, or a cozy fall dinner at home, these sliders are a crowd-pleaser every time.
